TICKETING ISSUES UPDATE 1/6/2020

We are having extensive issues with our ticketing platform and are unable to sell tickets ahead of time (both online and over-the-phone), but all schedules on all of of our routes are running each day. Additionally, some passengers are having difficulty printing tickets they purchased prior to the start of our ticketing system issues. We are working to resolve these issues as soon as possible so that passengers can reserve and print tickets as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.

In the meantime, if you already purchased a ticket and are encountering issues with printing the ticket, we ask that you simply be prepared to show the ticket on your phone or tablet as you board (your ticket may look different than usual–if it does, show the digital copy to your bus driver, regardless, and you will be able to board the bus).

We have instructed all drivers to accept cash for seats until our ticketing system issues are resolved. If you must pay cash to the driver as a result of our ticketing system issues, you will only need to pay the base fare ($5 less than the typical cash-with-the-driver fare).

The good news: while our ticketing system is down, no one is able to purchase tickets ahead of time on any platform, so, once our issues are resolved, there should be plenty of tickets available for any given schedule. BRANDING CHANGES UPDATE 1/3/2020 

As of January 1st, the following schedules are now temporarily being run by vehicles that are branded “Miller” instead of “GoBus.” All schedules are still GoBus schedules; we simply haven’t been able to get the logos saying “GoBus” on some of them just yet! We apologize for any confusion!

The schedules that are being run by buses that currently say “Miller Transportation” on them are as follows:

  • All schedules on Route A (Columbus // Athens // Parkersburg)–50, 51, 52, 53, 54 & 55
  • All schedules on Route C (Cleveland // Parkersburg // Athens)–12, 13, 30 & 31
  • Our later-in-the-day Route D (Columbus // Wooster)–10 & 11
  • All schedules on Route E (Columbus // Van Wert)–21 & 22

The rest of our routes are still being run with the usual vehicles, which say “GoBus” like always. These include:

  • All schedules on Route B (Cincinnati // Athens)–56, 57, 58 & 59
  • Our early-in-the-day Route D (Columbus // Wooster)–60 & 61

ROUTE E NORTHBOUND SCHEDULE CHANGES EFFECTIVE NOW

MANSFIELD STOP LOCATION PERMANENT CHANGE — RICHLAND COUNTY TRANSIT

CAMBRIDGE STOP LOCATION PERMANENT CHANGE — SEAT TRANSIT CENTER

 MOUNT EATON TEMPORARY STOP LOCATION — BELLSTORES GAS STATION

WOOSTER TEMPORARY STOP LOCATION — BELLSTORES GAS STATION

 PARMA TEMPORARY STOP LOCATION — SHELL GAS STATION

BROADVIEW HEIGHTS STOP LOCATION PERMANENT CHANGE — GETGO GAS STATION

DELPHOS STOP LOCATION PERMANENT CHANGE — MCDONALD’S

HOLIDAY OFFICE CLOSURES AND OUR REFUND/ REISSUE POLICIES 

Please be aware that our standard refund/ reissue policy applies despite our office being closed on certain holidays and certain scheduled days surrounding holidays, as we are not able to reissue or refund tickets when we are not in the office. In order to do any kind of reimbursement on or change of any ticket, we must hear from either the passenger whose name is on the ticket or the customer who purchased it at least 24 hours prior to the departure time on the ticket AND during business hours. Any day that we would typically be in the office, but are not because our office is closed as scheduled in observance of a holiday is not considered “business hours” and is therefore excluded from the time frame in which passengers/ customers are able to notify us of their request for a change or reimbursement.
