Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) is requesting bids from qualified vendors to provide and install radio equipment compatible with the Ohio Multi-Agency Radio Communications System (MARCS), a statewide 700/800 MHz trunked radio network administered by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS).
This project supports the expansion of the GoBus Intercity Bus Program, which connects rural and underserved communities across Ohio.
THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT A BID TO HAPCAP IS MONDAY JUNE 22, 2026, AT 3PM EST.
